com Community Health Center, Easy Drive to Austin, Houston and San Antonio, Outpatient- Community Health Center, FQHC in needs of permanent Family Medicine Provider- 100% Outpatient, kids-adults, and average 15-20 patients a day- M-F 8am-5pm, 3 weeks a month and 1-week Saturday 8am-12pm with reduced clinical week- Base Salary of $225,000 - $250,000, 4 weeks PTO, paid CME, 403b, comprehensive benefits package and malpractice covered- 2 clinic location, 30 minutes apart, low cost of living, multiple metros within an hour- Sign and relocation may be provided- Ability to live in Austin, Bastrop, Seguin, Katy and other large suburbs Please let me know if this position is of interest and I can email over additional specs.
